Licensing
License keys are valid for up to one year after purchase. A valid and active license is required to receive software updates and support.
Software Updates
After purchasing a premium extension plugin, you will have access to updates to that plugin for one year from the date of purchase. Plugin updates are available through the WordPress dashboard on sites with a valid license tied to them.
Support
All licenses include support for the duration of the license’s validity, you can open a ticket here. Free products do not include support. If your license has lapsed (was not renewed and is over one year old), please renew. Note, you are only eligible for support on products you have purchased.
